Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Representative, Customer Engagement Specialist to take charge of customer engagement and acquisition. The Sales/Marketing Representative, Customer Engagement Specialist will focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers, nurturing relationships, driving sales, and developing a strategy for onboarding small businesses to attend our training session.The Sales/Marketing Representative, Customer Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and strategically bringing customers to us, enabling businesses to establish a strong brand identity and leverage it to drive innovation, create employment opportunities, and positively impact their communities.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Present and promote our brand development and strategy class to businesses attending our training sessions.
  • Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers through various channels, including cold calling and networking events.
  • Perform thorough needs analysis of existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure future sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reach out to customer leads through effective cold calling and relationship-building strategies.
  • Listen to customer concerns, resolve problems, and manage complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
  • Analyze the market potential and track sales and status reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and promotional strategies.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and approaches based on feedback and results.


  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Openness to feedback and ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend networking events and customer engagement activities.
