As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help take the brand into more hands, salons, and stores across Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales by identifying and engaging potential customers including beauty stores, salons, and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight benefits and drive interest.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather and share customer feedback and market trends with the team to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed (e.g., pop-ups, trade fairs, product launches).
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Lagos beauty market is a plus.
- Passion for hair care and beauty is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree
