Bank Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Generating sales leads
• Evaluating potential and existing clients’ needs and selling appropriate products and services.
• Making sales presentations, negotiating sales, and profitably selling the company’s products and services.
• Coordinating sales efforts within marketing programs.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Advising management on changing clients’ needs and overall trends in the market.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's or HND degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing in a financial / lending organization. (You need not apply if you do not have this requisite experience) 
• Proven record of meeting and surpassing targets
• An established loyal client base
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 and above (subject to meeting target)
