We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our online and offline product sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Convert online leads into actual sales
- Reduce customer wait time
- Record and manage customer data
- Provide information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/sales
- Must reside within Yaba or environs
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Must be able to work Mondays - Saturdays (Public Holidays inclusive)
- Proficient in data entry and typing (fast typing skills required)
- Familiar with using Instagram and WhatsApp
- Must be a fast learner and adapt quickly to new tasks
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and respectful when dealing with customers
- The ability to handle multiple customer interactions
- Excellent at multitasking
- Attention to detail
