Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Alphalink Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and promote our products and services. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to approach them effectively
  • Generate new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients as required
