Requirements:
- B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a realtor, real estate broker, or similar role.
- Work experience as a realtor or salesperson in a structured realtor firm.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
