Responsibilities:

  • Customer order processing
  • Arranging and rearranging stock
  • Providing required product information
  • Processing and packaging customer orders
  • Customer relationship management
  • Implementing marketing plans
  • Stock level reporting



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a National diploma or Degree in Business administration or Hotel and Catering management or Food technology or Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be sales target oriented
  • Knowledge of baking and the industry is essential
  • Very organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
  • Able and disciplined to work without supervision
  • Must be computer literate
