Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote Afrocentric programs, showcases, and membership plans to potential kids, talents, parents, and sponsors
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for registrations and event participation
- Conduct field activation campaigns, school/community outreach, and marketing drives
- Manage follow-up calls and in-person consultations
- Distribute promotional materials and explain program benefits clearly
- Collect feedback and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer interests
- Assist in organizing local events, info sessions, and profiling appointments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, parents, influencers, and organizations
- Represent Afrocentric positively at all engagements, online and offline
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
