Sales & Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for all customers ensuring effective engagement and providing exceptional customer experience, both online and offline 
• Accurately manage the intake of new orders and monitor the progress of every created order till fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Update and manage product content on our website and other sales channels
• Generate captivating and compelling content - blog posts, pictures, videos, articles and sharing on all our social media platforms 
• Create and execute successful and captivating campaigns, that would result in a progressive increase in brand awareness and sales
• Create and execute strategies for the continuous improvement of Merak Cosmetics online presence on all our social media channels 
• Leverage data to analyze and understand our customers behaviors, to provide actionable insights for the success of Merak’s Sales and Marketing strategy
• Manage our PR strategy by identifying potential and valuable partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, online/offline communities, organizations, businesses, events etc that would align with the company’s goals and expand our business reach and visibility
• Ads, SEO and marketing email creation, optimization and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of BSc/certificate professional course in a related field to this job role 
• 3 - 5 years experience in a Sales and Marketing role, preferably in the beauty industry 
• An ambitious hard worker excited to put in the work every day, learn and grow while going above and beyond for the success of their team and the company
• An empathic customer experience specialist with great multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure 
• Ability to show proof of previous experience with proficiency in management of a company’s Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, online and offline communications for a reputable organization 
• Experienced at succeeding in their job role with minimal supervision 
• A creative thinker with an innovative and solution-oriented mind
• Skilled at communicating with different types of people 
• Expert at identifying creative ways to tackle difficult tasks and exploit opportunities for the growth of the business
• Experience building and managing members of a team.

Work Type: Ability to work onsite and be present on time from Tuesdays to Saturdays

Location: Ikate, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
