As Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll accelerate our growth by bringing STEM solutions to schools, families, and communities. You’ll spearhead both strategic initiatives and field activities to raise brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our educational impact through TICKS Hub.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement targeting strategies for schools (K–12, public/private), after-school providers, STEM summer camps, and community centres
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, educators, and community influencers
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and close deals for STEM resources and turnkey lab setups
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets
Marketing & Outreach:
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, direct outreach) tailored to educational stakeholders and parents
- Oversee brand positioning for Ticks And Toys and TICKS HUB
- Coordinate event promotion for STEM parties, open houses, teacher workshops, and school demos
- Collaborate with the Arc-Lights Foundation marketing team for co-branded programs
Program Collaboration & Expansion:
- Liaise with curriculum and training teams to integrate product offerings into programs and labs
- Monitor feedback from teachers, students, and parents to shape future offerings
- Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities within schools, communities, and non-profits
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs: customer acquisition, conversion rates, program sign-ups, revenue per vertical
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Refine strategies based on data and market trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B/B2C sales and marketing experience—preferably in education, ed‑tech, or STEM
- Proven track record in territory management and pipeline development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Marketing proficiency (campaigns, content creation, branding)
- Self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities
- Comfortable with occasional travel to schools, events, and partner locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with STEM, robotics, AI, or educational products
- Connections within K–12 education or non-profit foundations
- Experience in after-school programming and event coordination
