Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to join our team and elevate the presence and performance of our hotel. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality sales, marketing campaigns, and revenue growth strategies. The Sales & Marketing Lead will oversee all strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, boost revenue, and increase brand visibility. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong industry knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for hospitality and results.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, group bookings, events).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and OTAs.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel.
- Collaborate with front office and reservations to ensure sales commitments are delivered.
Marketing:
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the hotel’s online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Develop promotional packages and seasonal campaigns to attract various market segments.
- Work with creative teams or agencies to develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Revenue & Strategy:
- Collaborate with management and the revenue team to forecast and manage budgets and pricing strategies.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, revenue management, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Well-connected within the travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Net
