Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Lead and support the sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards.
• Manage sales activities for construction chemicals, waterproofing, flooring, adhesives, and other related products to meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct site visits to understand customers applications and ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical) to develop effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Identify and recruit new dealers and distributors to expand the network and increase market penetration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Conduct regular visit to dealer and distributor locations to access their needs, collect orders and payments, gather feedback, and provide support.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction sector (contractors, engineers, construction companies).
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, respond to RFPs, and submit quotations for potential projects.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience
• Degree in a related field
