Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead and supervise the sales team, setting sales targets and ensuring achievement.
- Identify new client opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship and support to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.
- Reports to the Managing Director/Head of Operations
