Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will lead the company’s sales efforts by developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and manage a dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal to driving business success through client acquisition, relationship management, and consistent team performance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, setting sales targets and ensuring achievement.
  • Identify new client opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Reports to the Managing Director/Head of Operations


Requirements:
  • Minimum of Degree 
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 monthly

Benefits: Attractive commission on closed sales (structure to be defined by management)
