Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals. You will develop, implement sales strategies and train sales representatives on products and sales techniques. You will also analyze sales data and report to upper management.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to improve performance
  • Analyzing sales data and developing action plans to improve sales performance
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to develop sales materials and promotions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Reporting sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to upper management
  • Managing budgets and expenses to ensure profitability


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role
  • 8 - 12 years of working experience
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to manage budgets and expenses
