Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the media/printing Industry
• Must be mature, a gold star go-getter, and equipped with dynamic client data base and identifiable network (channeled on getting printing contract)
• Must possess the capacity to generate sales and surpass targets on a quarterly basis
• Must be an effective communicator, tech-savvy and have great presentation skills with a grit and growth mindset
• Must possess excellent writing skills and social media engagement
• Must be ready to bring in existing businesses from day one
• Must be rugged, disruptive, and unconventional.
• Must be a model of proactive leadership
• Must have a history of proven loyalty with a devoted commitment to his/her goals
• Must be creative and possess a good knowledge of the technical skills required to carry out the job
• Must be smart and agile 
• Must be honest and credible

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 and above
