Job Description/Requirements
- Directing and Motivating sales team to achieve sales target.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a strong market presence
- Build and promote long lasting customer relationships
- Generate at least sale leads for each sales unit every week
- Prepare quarterly sales forecast for inventory planning
- Achieving sales target goals while managing sales units performance
- Managing sales promotion activities
- Create new markets
- Presenting a weekly report of Sales plan and Sales strategy to be deployed for evaluation.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in field sales.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate plans, present reports and engage customers at events
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
- Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations
- Knowledge of baking products and industry
- Very organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
- Required proof of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous employment
- The candidate must be computer literate
