We are looking for an experienced Sales executive capable of developing Sales strategies and supervising our sales team to achieve set goals.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Senior level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Directing and Motivating sales team to achieve sales target.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a strong market presence
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationships
  • Generate at least sale leads for each sales unit every week
  • Prepare quarterly sales forecast for inventory planning
  • Achieving sales target goals while managing sales units performance
  • Managing sales promotion activities
  • Create new markets
  • Presenting a weekly report of Sales plan and Sales strategy to be deployed for evaluation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in field sales.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate plans, present reports and engage customers at events
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations
  • Knowledge of baking products and industry
  • Very organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
  • Required proof of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous employment
  • The candidate must be computer literate
