Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi Lagos. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.

VeggieVictory is Nigeria's first vegan food company. We serve 100% plant-based and healthy meals. In addition to the restaurants across Lagos, VeggieVictory manufactures Vchunks, an innovative vegan meat substitute available in several retail markets in Nigeria.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and coordinating sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the food industry, FMCG, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, techniques, and principles
- Experience in sustainability or social impact initiatives is a plus
- Familiarity with the Nigerian market is a plus
