Job Summary

Leadway Assurance Company is one of Nigeria’s foremost insurance service companies, with a reputation for service efficiency and customer reliability. The sales manager's primary role is to coordinate his/her team to meet the monthly budget of his/her team in accordance with the reputation built over the years on service efficiency.

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, train, motivate and replicate himself/herself in at least 5 insurance advisors or a maximum of 30 insurance Advisors.
  • Meet the monthly target of the company by supervising the activities of his/her team on daily basis.
  • Send reports of all activities carried out by his/her team every week.
  • Attend all meetings whether virtual or physical.
  • KPI will be based on Life products, General business, HMO, and Pension


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
  • The candidate must come in with a team of at least 5 insurance Advisors
  • Must be willing to travel any time called upon.
  • Must be willing to go for NAICOM certification training.
  • Must have been in insurance sales for at least 5 years.
  • Must have been a team lead for at least 1 year.
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of inter-relations/ people skills to manage his/her team effectively.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 plus commission
