The sales manager's primary role is to coordinate his/her team to meet the monthly budget of his/her team in accordance with the reputation built over the years on service efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, train, motivate and replicate himself/herself in at least 5 insurance advisors or a maximum of 30 insurance Advisors.
- Meet the monthly target of the company by supervising the activities of his/her team on daily basis.
- Send reports of all activities carried out by his/her team every week.
- Attend all meetings whether virtual or physical.
- KPI will be based on Life products, General business, HMO, and Pension
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- The candidate must come in with a team of at least 5 insurance Advisors
- Must be willing to travel any time called upon.
- Must be willing to go for NAICOM certification training.
- Must have been in insurance sales for at least 5 years.
- Must have been a team lead for at least 1 year.
- Good communication skills
- High level of inter-relations/ people skills to manage his/her team effectively.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 plus commission
