The Sales Manager at Nextstone Works Ltd will be responsible for driving revenue growth across two key business areas: Coal Sales: expanding our client base beyond existing partners like BUA, including key accounts such as Dangote, Mangal, and mid-tier buyers across Nigeria. Contract Sourcing: securing construction, renovation, and furniture supply contracts from government, corporate, and private clients. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role requiring strong B2B sales expertise, solid connections within industrial and construction sectors, and proven success in closing high-value deals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Coal Sales Development:
- Identify and onboard new buyers for thermal and industrial coal across Nigeria.
- Deepen relationships with existing clients, negotiate pricing, and monitor satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations for timely delivery.
- Work with Finance on payment structuring and receivables.
Contract & Project Sourcing:
- Pursue construction, renovation, and furniture supply contracts.
- Leverage networks for prequalification and bid invitations.
- Collaborate on bid proposals to ensure competitiveness.
- Represent the company in negotiations and site visits.
- Follow up on contract performance and renewal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within coal trading, construction, or procurement-heavy sectors.
- Proven record of closing high-value sales and/or contracts.
- Strong network within industrial buyers and/or procurement bodies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Nigeria.
