Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team, guiding them to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans, ensuring effective execution by the team according to goals and timelines.
  • Train, and mentor sales staff, enhancing their sales skills and professional development.
  • Engage in strategic partnerships with key clients, driving business expansion and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, providing recommendations to improve sales strategies and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with other departments, jointly implementing sales and marketing activities, and ensuring a cohesive workflow.



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
  • Familiarity with the technicality of a motorcycle  
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience in leading sales teams
