Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and target prospective clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by delivering tailored solutions that meet their event needs, creating long-term partnerships for repeat business.
- Proposal Development & Presentation: Craft compelling proposals and deliver professional sales presentations that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and showcase our value.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial client contact and needs analysis to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Promotion of Event Services: Collaborate with the social media team to implement media campaigns that effectively showcase our diverse offerings, enhancing brand visibility and client interest.
- Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations to ensure seamless execution of services and deliverables.
- Brand Awareness & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase brand visibility.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and client feedback to inform decision-making and refine strategies for future success.
- Client-Centered Approach: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their visions are realized through personalized solutions and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals with corporate clients and event organizers.
- Strong understanding of sales drivers, with knowledge of leveraging multiple marketing channels for lead generation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a sales pipeline in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
- Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must.
