Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to join our client's team and drive B2B sales of premium event solutions to businesses and event organizers.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire sales and marketing funnel
  • Generating leads
  • Building brand awareness to closing deals
  • Maintaining strong client relationships.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the entertainment and/or events management industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals with corporate clients and event organizers.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, branding, and promotion, with knowledge of leveraging multiple marketing channels for lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a sales pipeline in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
  • Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must.
  • Proximity to Lagos Mainland is highly desired


Location: Ogba, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 1,800,000 (Annual Net)
