Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales efforts for financial service-focused IT solutions.
- Conduct independent research on Axendit’s offerings and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the banking and insurance sectors.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.
- Develop strategic territory and account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of enterprise financial clients.
- Work with local technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking/insurance industries.
- Contribute to Axendit's culture of innovation and idea sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales or pre-sales experience in an IT company, specifically selling to financial service providers.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, especially banking and insurance.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and present value-driven IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial software, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong territory management, account planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across local and virtual teams.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving industry trends.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
