Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
- Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop effective account conversion strategies to accelerate sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly on the status of telesales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification OND
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and telesales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing, sales, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
