Job Description/Requirements
- Generate and follow up on leads to close property sales effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong client network.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to meet business goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in real estate sales or a closely related field.
- Deep knowledge of the Lagos property market, especially the Lekki area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.Must reside in Lagos, preferably Lekki, and be ready to start immediately.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
