Job Summary

The Diesel Sales Executive & Marketer is responsible for identifying new clients, building customer relationships, and driving diesel sales. The role involves field and digital marketing, negotiating deals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., companies, estates, factories, generators, construction sites).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote diesel supply services via calls, emails, visits, and social media.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert to sales.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and payments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, campaigns, and brand visibility strategies.


Requirements:

  • 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in diesel, petroleum, or related sectors.
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Basic understanding of diesel pricing, logistics, and client demands.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Tech-savvy: Able to use email, WhatsApp, Excel, and social media for business.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
