Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Identifying and targeting potential clients who can benefit from Microsoft/other cloud solutions through research, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:       

  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
  • Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Meet/Exceed sales target to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  •  Work with the team Manager to develop individual KPI to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
  • Establish a relationship with vendors for our hardware.
  • Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices, Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
  • Write and pass at least one Microsoft exam monthly.


Resquirements:

  • 2-3years proven  experience as a sales executive .
  • Experience with selling either Microsoft, zoho, google or amazon is a plus.
  • HND/B.Sc. in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
