Responsibilities:
- Close a deal with a corporate and high-net-worth individual
- Write a proposal and a presentation.
- Create sales and marketing strategies.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Maximise the company's operating performance
- Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients.
- Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Prepare a weekly report
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
