Job Summary

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for a company by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. They play a critical role in achieving sales targets, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Close a deal with a corporate and high-net-worth individual
  • Write a proposal and a presentation.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Maximise the company's operating performance
  • Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Prepare a weekly report


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in sales or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
