Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell properties to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and update property listings across various marketing platforms.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate viewings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and real estate best practices.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
