- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies
- Experience in developing and executing sales pitches and presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of the legal industry and regulatory environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
