Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating Marketing Initiatives and conducting a marketing campaign
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Aggressively promoting Company’s brand to attract Customers and partners- Distributors and corporate entities.
- Meeting and exceeding Sales targets to saturate the market with the company’s brand.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Researching the topics related to the spice Industries.
- Networking with clients as well as the industry professionals
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Coordinating with the internal teams for creating new advertising posts.
- Driving sales across notable offline and online markets –
- Networking across borders (countries, continents) to drive sales.
- Ensure implementation of campaign strategies on time within budget, adjusting or redirecting strategies as needed.
- Developing and managing sales and analytic Templates.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to strategies aggressive sales offline and online.
- Acting as Kalospice representative and following up on marketing plans
- Other Organization responsibilities may be delegated from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND or BSc. certificate.
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG space
- Good interpersonal relations.
- Ready to work under varied environmental conditions- self-motivated.
- Good team player
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
- Bonus on Meeting sales target
