Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with his/her sales manager.
- Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with distributors/customers.
- Monitor distributors’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the distributor reaches their monthly targets.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve his/her monthly target.
- Onboard new customers, both, in wholesale and retail within designated territory
- Perform daily reconciliation of distributor's stocks sold through redistribution.
- Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).
- Deliver the monthly sales targets.
- Achieve availability of our products in wholesale and retail outlets that are at the same level as our main competitors.
- Identify, create, and execute opportunities with distributors/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of National Diploma.
- Sales experience preferably in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
- Information tracking, analysis, and preparing for a presentation.
- Good communication Skills and must be goal drive
- Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence
- Ability to use smartphones and tech-savvy.
Job-Specific Requirements:
- Field Executives Applicants - Open Market Experience is an advantage
- Tricycle/Van Sales Representative Applicants - Must possess a valid driver's license and any other necessary license peculiar to their state of residence e.g LASDRI for Lagos residents.
