Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
