Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, parents, and educational partners
- Promote Earlybrite’s offerings including exam prep, boot camps, exchange programs, and curriculum integrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI
- Represent Earlybrite at school visits, events, and webinars
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in education or tech)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive results
- Passion for education and youth development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently or in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
