Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, creating and maintaining client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. They will play a key role in achieving sales targets, marketing properties, and providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced and rewarding position.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation 
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Property Listings: Present, promote, and creatively market available properties to potential buyers or renters through video presentations on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, openhouses, and property tours. 
  • Sales Process: Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process from property selection to closing, including documentation and legal formalities. 
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and comparable property values to provide accurate advice to clients. 
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to help reach mutually beneficial agreements. 
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation (CRM, contracts, agreements, and other transaction-related paperwork) 
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all members of the team to streamline sales operations and ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and local real estate laws and regulations.

  • Sales and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent Customer Service orientation and delivery
  • Great Communication Skills 
  • Good presentation skills 
  • Confidence and great camera presentation skills
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Local Market Knowledge, and great research skills
  • Outstanding Marketing skills 
  • Knowledge of online marketing (SEO, social media).
  • Real estate Legal and Regulatory Knowledge
  • Understanding of property valuations and return on investment (ROI).
  • Flexibility and Adaptability 
  • Driving & Navigation Skills, with a valid driver’s license 
  • BSC. in Marketing Business Administration or similar
  • 2+ Years of real estate sales experience


Location: Chevron, Lagos state, Nigeria 


Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite
