Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct sales efforts and strategic planning.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles (typically 3–5+ years of experience).
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
