Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles (typically 3–5+ years of experience).
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
