Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into valued clients.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to execute our sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Developing a profound understanding of the Sahel digital platform, its features, benefits, and use cases, to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
- Utilizing your proficiency in basic computing and digital tools to navigate and demonstrate the Sahel platform's capabilities to prospective clients.
- Planning and executing demand generation events, such as webinars, workshops, and seminars, to create a pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented approach to lead generation, showing a relentless passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Identifying and profiling target markets based on the unique value proposition that the Sahel platform offers.
- Crafting compelling and tailored proposals, presentations, and PowerPoint materials that resonate with potential clients' needs and requirements.
- Delivering persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the Sahel platform.
- Collaborating seamlessly with team members in the Products and Engineering departments, translating client feedback and requirements into actionable insights to refine the platform and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Operating with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of your sales initiatives and goals.
- Thriving in a target-driven environment, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in B2B selling.
- Proficiency in the use of digital platforms and basic computing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills, both in content creation and delivery.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to identify and prioritize target markets effectively.
