We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling agricultural lands, farms, and residential properties to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate Deals: Close sales deals and agreements that meet or exceed targets.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and their applications.

Requirements:
