Job Summary
Sales Executives are responsible for driving property sales by engaging prospects, closing deals, and expanding the company’s listings. They will report directly to the Sales Manager and actively contribute to property sourcing, client acquisition, and marketing efforts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Scout for new properties (lands, houses, and commercial spaces) suitable for listing.
- Generate and follow up on leads through fieldwork, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client consultations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop creative content ideas and property marketing strategies.
- Participate in creating promotional materials (e.g., reels, photos, captions, scripts).
- Represent the company at open houses, property tours, and exhibitions.
- Maintain an organised client database and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- 2 years of previous experience in real estate or direct sales is an advantage.
- Must be self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute marketing content ideas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set targets.
