Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor real estate and agribusiness trends to identify new sales opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
- Actively source and engage potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Present property and farmland investment opportunities to prospects, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process to successful closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates and reports on pipeline activity and deal progress.
- Coordinate client site visits and inspections, ensuring all promotional materials and listings are up to date and professionally presented.
- Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, contribute to content direction, and ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, banking, or insurance sales
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Lagos property market
- Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
