Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience and be ready to resume immediately.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must be able to speak Hausa and must have a good knowledge of the real estate business
- The Candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good analytical skills
- Sales and after-sales service experience.
- Must have skills to navigate various social media tools
- Must possess good Negotiating skills.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 per Month.
