Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of our business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in Sales, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or technology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and position our solutions effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Remuneration: 

  • Salary: NGN 840,000 - 1,200,000 per annum
