Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting and engineering company in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven sales experience within the MEP or construction engineering sector and a good understanding of technical sale

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents tailored to client requirements and project scope.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop competitive and technically sound offers.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activity to inform sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report regularly on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
- Support the negotiation and closing of contracts in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the MEP, engineering, or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to generate accurate proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
