Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sheet metal products industry.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our sheet metal products.
  • Collaborate with the other teams to prepare accurate and persuasive proposals, including cost estimates and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and product development teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience 
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the sheet metal products industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with our product offerings.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, effectively managing accounts and generating repeat business.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000
