Sales Director

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have worked in the same type of company, have more than 10 years of sales experience, and more than 5 years of management experience in a team of more than 30 people.
• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor degree.
• Proficient in the knowledge of herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides, and able to independently plan the registration and sales of pesticide products.

Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 million naira, with process incentives and year-end incentives.

• Social security will be provided after becoming a regular employee.
