About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is a critical link between our company and potential clients, responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, managing sales processes, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Location: Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt (Remote)

What do you need to be successful?

  • Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and personalized messaging.
  • Educate prospects about our products or services, addressing their needs and pain points.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales goals and continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product or service enhancements.

As a Sales Development representative, you play a critical and multifaceted role, and YOUR importance cannot be overstated. You are instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and shaping the company and #x27;s sales and business development strategies..

What should you have done in your career?

  • Bachelor and #x27;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Good in English language, Arab or French is a plus
  •  6 months - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
