Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Coordination: Manage schedules, track performance, and support sales representatives to meet quotas.
- Customer Engagement: Assist clients, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Sales & Marketing: Actively sell travel packages, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, CRM updates, and reports, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Training & Recruitment: Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales team members.

Operational Management: Ensure sales materials, campaigns, and company policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years in sales or hospitality.
- Strong organization, communication, multitasking, CRM proficiency, and target-driven mindset.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
- Generate N80M in monthly revenue, 200 leads, and convert 50+ sales.
