Job Summary

We seek an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage schedules, and drive sales performance in Lekki, Lagos. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work three days a week.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Coordination: Manage schedules, track performance, and support sales representatives to meet quotas.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist clients, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Sales & Marketing: Actively sell travel packages, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, CRM updates, and reports, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Training & Recruitment: Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Operational Management: Ensure sales materials, campaigns, and company policies are adhered to.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years in sales or hospitality.
  • Strong organization, communication, multitasking, CRM proficiency, and target-driven mindset.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations.
  • Generate N80M in monthly revenue, 200 leads, and convert 50+ sales.
