Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find merchandise, drive sales and offer excellent customer service.
• Process customer transactions in store by using the Loyverse POS system.
  
• Order couriers to pick up and deliver online and phone orders.
  
• Understand, support and implement store's policies and procedures.
  
• Educate self on product knowledge.
  
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the store.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND degree in a relevant field
• 1 year of work experience
• Must be able to arrive to work on time.
• Be honest, transparent and passionate about the business growth.

Work Schedule:

• This is a shift job, candidate must be able to work a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, must be flexible, available to work weekdays and some other weekends.

Location: Only candidates that reside around the island and environs will be contacted.

Remuneration: 

• Full time sales associate base salary is NGN 50,000 monthly.
• Commission program is N5,000 for every sale transaction of N150,000 and over (daily per customer)
