Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand the local drug market, and be able to sell drugs first
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals
- Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
