Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive new membership sales through outbound calls, in-person tours, events, and lead follow-ups
- Promote and sell fitness management solutions and services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to tailor offerings to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Having a thorough understanding of the products
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness, health, or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people improve their health
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
